Saffron Burrows

Native Londoner Saffron Burrows, who recently starred in Enigma, first came to the attention of international audiences with her breakthrough role in Circle of Friends (1994). She has starred in a variety of films, from big-budget action films to art-house dramas, including several directed by Mike Figgis. New projects due for release include Tempted alongside Burt Reynolds and Hotel with Rhys Ifans. Saffron is currently working on a BBC film with Jeanette Winterson. She is vice-president of the National Civil Rights Movement.
