Luke Leitch was brought up in Australia by his mother, the late novelist and poet Jill Neville, before returning to the UK as a teenager. He is currently Arts Reporter for the London Evening Standard where he has been employed since leaving Edinburgh University.

Evelyn Waugh''s Scoop, David Leitch''s God Stand Up For Bastards (makes him
proud of his dad) and, more recently, Liars and Saints by Maile Meloy.
